Fall, quite possibly our favorite season of the year.  We’re reorganizing our closets and moving those sweaters front and center, prepping our fireplaces, filling our bookshelves with new literature and re-stocking our spice racks (and drink bars) with our favorite fall flavors.  Check out these 7 recipes that are sure to spice up your Fall menu.

Sweet Cinnamon Milk Tea

  • 4 tablespoons of Torani Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup
  • 2 cups of water
  • 3 Green tea bag
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1-2 Star anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Cinnamon powder for garnish
Bring 2 cups of the water, star anise, and cinnamon stick to a boil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.  Turn the heat off and add the tea bags in the water. Seep for 5-7 minutes. In another saucepan, bring the whole milk, Torani Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup to a boil. Keep a close watch so that it doesn't boil over.  Remove the tea bags, the star anise and cinnamon stick from the tea.  Pour the tea over the boiling milk and whisk well. Remove from the heat and serve hot with some cinnamon powder over it.  *Bonus to get that lovely froth on your tea, use a milk frother and mix away until the desired frothiness (is that a word?)

Kettle Corn Butter Pecan Shake

  • 3 tablespoons Torani Butter Pecan Syrup
  • 3 scoops (about 1 cup each) vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons candie pecans
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • Toppings (optional): Kettle corn, candied pecans, Torani caramel syrup
Add ingredients to blender in order listed. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately topped with popped kettle corn, chopped candied pecans, and a drizzle of caramel syrup!
