Combine Torani Blue Raspberry Syrup, 1 1.2 tbsp milk and 1/2 cup ice cream in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a milkshake glass. Combine remaining milk and ice cream with Torani Red Raspberry Syrup in a clean blender pitcher and blend until smooth. Using the backside of a spoon, carefully pour the red mixture along the side of glass to maintain a separate layer. Garnish and enjoy!
