Curried Almonds
Ingredients
1/4 cup Torani Almond (Orgeat) syrup
1 Tbsp. peanut oil
1/2 lb. blanched almonds
1 tsp. each sugar, curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions
In a small saute pan, heat oil and Torani; add almonds. Cook over med heat for about 5 min or until syrup has reduced and coats the nuts. Remove from heat and spread nuts out on a sheet of aluminum foil. Mix together sugar, curry powder, salt and toss with almonds, using a fork to separate nuts. Let cool, and serve.
