Torani

Torani is committed to inspiring creativity and supporting children’s art in afterschool programs through our Art for Kids program and partnership with the Afterschool Alliance. Since 2005, we’ve engaged kids in afterschool programs across the U.S.in a contest to create art for Limited Edition labels on selected Torani Syrup flavors.

This year we are proud to feature art from Aubrey, a 17 year old from a rural afterschool program in New Mexico and Ashley, a 14 year old from an urban program in the greater Cleveland area. The competition was tough in 2009, and our team members had a hard time selecting the winners. Torani received over 1,000 pieces of art from 18 cities. We think you’ll agree that Aubrey’s “Fire” abstract featured on Torani Strawberry syrup and Ashley’s “Hummingbird” on our Sugar Free French Vanilla syrup are fantastic examples of the talent cultivated in afterschool programs.

Torani donates 5% of the sales from these limited edition bottles to the Afterschool Alliance. This Washington, D.C. based non-profit is dedicated to raising awareness of the importance of afterschool programs and advocating for quality, affordable programs for all children. We at Torani are very proud to have donated over $300,000 to the Afterschool Alliance over the past several years.

Torani team members have participated in local Art for Kids activities with the South San Francisco Boys & Girls Club and the Chinatown Beacon Centers in San Francisco.
