Our heads are filled with festive drink ideas for upcoming St. Patrick's Day. We love Creme de Menthe Syrup for making our cocktails extra delicious, and oh-so green. We made two different cocktails with this delightful flavor. Your friends will be green with envy, so you might want to whip up a few for them!

The Atomic Irishman

We love this cocktail for everything that it is. Cool, refreshing, and just down right delicious. It's simple to make in your blender at home. Top off with a fresh mint garnish and a fun straw for bonus points!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp (1/2 oz) Torani Crème de Menthe Syrup
  • 1/2 Tbsp (1/4 oz) Irish cream liqueur
  • 1/2 Tbsp (1/4 oz) Irish whiskey
  • 2 shots espresso*, chilled
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender pitcher and blend until smooth. *Can substitute 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee

The Grasshopper

This drink has its origins in NOLA, but we love it across the country for its creamy mint finish. It's the perfect after dinner cocktail, but don't let that stop you from enjoying earlier in the evening!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp (1/2 oz) Torani Creme de Menthe Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp (1 oz) white creme de cacao
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp (3/4 oz) light cream

Instructions:

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
