We love the bright, effervescent deliciousness of sparkling wine cocktails and have created 4 easy to make recipes for your to feature at your next spring time gathering.

Lavender Bubbly

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp) Torani Lavender Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp) Fresh Lemon Juice 
  • 5 oz. Brut Champage (we use Le Grande Courtage)
  • Garnish: fresh lavendar & lemon twist

Instructions:

Combine ingredients in a champagne flute and stir gently. Garnish and enjoy!

Strawberry Lemon Basil Sparkler

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Tbsp (1/4 oz) Torani Strawberry Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp (1 oz) lemonade
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz) champagne
  • Garnish: strawberry and basil leaf on skewer

Instructions:

Muddle basil in the lemonade in a separate glass. In a champagne flute, combine champagne, Torani Syrup and basil Lemonade. Garnish and enjoy!

Blueberry Lemon Mimosa

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Tbsp (1/4 oz) Torani Blueberry Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp (1 oz) Lemonade
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz) champagne
  • Garnish: blueberry and lemon wedge on skewer

Instructions:

Add ingredients to a chilled champagne flute, garnish and enjoy

Pomegranate Mimosa

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Tbsp (1/4 oz) Torani Pomegranate Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp (1 oz.) orange juice
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz) Champagne
  • Garnish: pomegranate seeds & orange slice

Instructions:

Add ingredients to a chilled champagne flute or tall glass.
